Are commissions paid in cash?

Yes, all referral commissions are paid in cash directly into your bank account.

 

How and when do I receive my commission?

Following your submission of your lead, our team will review the referral in accordance with the Referrer Agreement and notify you by email if your referral has been accepted or rejected. 

You will be eligible for your commission once the referred party or their employer (the Lead), has purchased a Flowgear Subscription.

Commissions are paid in cash, within 90 days of the subscription being purchased.

Why does the commission value vary?

You will be eligible for your commission once the referred party or their employer (the Lead),  has purchased and paid for the Flowgear Subscription.

  • Base Plan = $1 499

Under what circumstances will my referral be rejected?

All referrals submitted through the console will be reviewed and accepted or rejected in accordance with Referrer Agreement.

Referrals and subsequent commission payments may be rejected for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Where the referred party or their employer (“the Lead”) is already an existing Flowgear customer
  • Where the Lead has already been submitted by another party
  • Where the Lead purchases a Flowgear subscription > 6 months following the Lead submission date
  • Where the Lead is already an existing Flowgear Partner
  • Where Flowgear, or any of its Partners, has been in contact with the Lead prior to receipt of the lead referral form
  • Where Flowgear is prohibited by contract or arrangement with any third party, or any law or regulation from accepting the Lead or the lead referral form from the referring party
  • Where inaccurate, missing or false information is provided on the lead referral form
  • Where the Lead operates in an industry not covered by Flowgear’s service offerings, as determined solely by Flowgear
  • Where the referring party, has not completed all the steps required to submit the Lead, including making a formal introduction between Flowgear and the Lead.
  • Where the referring party is deemed by Flowgear to be abusing the Referrer Agreement
  • Where a conflict of interest exists, including but not limited to, circumstances when:
    • (a) the referring party is an employee of the referred company i.e. you cannot refer your own company. (Can be waived if written consent for the commission is received from a Director of the Lead entity)
    • (b) the referring party is an employee of a Flowgear Advisor
    • (c) where the referring party has not provided Flowgear with sufficient documentation required by Flowgear to comply with its obligations to the applicable tax authorities
    • (d) where there referring party is an employee of a Flowgear customer, they will be required to provide sufficient documentation to confirm that their employer has been made aware of and has accepted the terms of the commission amount due

Do I have to do anything other than make an introduction?

No, simply complete the online Lead form with the referees details and introduce us over email. Leave the rest to us, our specialists will connect them to see how we can help.

Is there a limit on the commission I can earn?

No! You can refer as many people as you like. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit and the amount of commission you can earn.

Do I have to be a Flowgear customer to send a referral?

No, anyone can make a referral. You just need to register for a Flowgear account.

However, in order to avoid a conflict of interest,  employees of Flowgear customers are required to disclose and get approval from their employers for any referral related earnings.

What do you do with the information I provide? Do you share it or sell it?

No, we don’t. We will contact your referral regarding Flowgear products, but we’ll never sell or share your contact information, or your referral contact information.

Where can I find the full Referrer Agreement and Flowgear's Privacy Policy?
