Senior Solutions Architect – Integration and Automation (Centre of Excellence)

Job Description:

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers to design and deliver enterprise integration solutions using the Flowgear platform.

This role is part of our Centre of Excellence, where technical expertise and consulting capability come together to help customers solve complex integration challenges. You will lead discovery sessions, design integration architectures, and guide customers through the implementation of scalable solutions.

You enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with enterprise systems, and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer systems and integration requirements
  • Design enterprise integration architectures using Flowgear
  • Support pre-sales engagements with technical solution design
  • Document solution architecture and integration approaches
  • Guide customers through design, implementation, and go-live phases
  • Collaborate with solution engineering, development, and support teams
  • Assist customers with integration optimisation and automation opportunities
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Support customer workshops and solution demonstrations when required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years experience in integration architecture, solutions consulting, or enterprise system implementation
  • Strong understanding of ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage
  • Experience designing integrations for financial services, manufacturing, or ecommerce environments
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture patterns and best practices
  • Experience working with APIs including REST, SOAP, or GraphQL
  • Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation
  • Experience working with integration platforms (iPaaS)
  • Experience with low-code or no-code platforms
  • SQL or relational database experience
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Competitive salary based on experience.
