Bidvest Noonan: Integrating Enterprise Systems With Speed and Simplicity

Bidvest Noonan is a leading facilities management and outsourcing services company with operations across the UK and Ireland. The company manages over 27,000 employees across cleaning, security, and technical services, supporting clients in healthcare, education, and corporate environments.

The Challenge

Complex Integrations Slowing Digital Progress

Bidvest Noonan needed a faster, more manageable way to connect core enterprise systems ranging from Salesforce to its Aggresso ERP. Traditional integration projects were slow and expensive, relied heavily on external consultants, and often ran for many months before reaching production. With multiple new systems scheduled for rollout, the internal IT team wanted a solution they could own and extend themselves, without lengthy implementation timelines or unpredictable usage costs.
Long timelines, limited control
Traditional integration projects took months, depended on external consultants, and left internal teams with little flexibility to manage change.
Four week Salesforce–Aggresso build
Flowgear connected Salesforce and Aggresso within four weeks, with complex bidirectional data flow, built‑in controls, and a design the in‑house team can run themselves.

The Solution

Four Week Salesforce to Aggresso Integration

Bidvest Noonan selected Flowgear as the integration platform for its first major project, connecting Salesforce and Aggresso.

Working with Flowgear, the team delivered:

  • Bidirectional data synchronization between
    Salesforce and Aggresso.
  • Validation and control rules to protect data
    quality across systems.
  • TA configuration the internal team could
    understand and manage after go-live.

From initial design to production release, the Salesforce to Aggresso integration was completed in about four weeks, far quicker than previous enterprise projects.

The Results

Rapid Implementation and Sustainable Integration

The Salesforce to Aggresso project showed that critical integrations could be delivered quickly while keeping ownership inside the organisation. Outcomes included:
  • Implementation completed in four weeks.
  • No unpredictable usage charges or transaction limits.
  • Internal teams now manage most integrations directly.
  • Better data accuracy and more dependable operations across sales and finance.
Faster delivery, stronger ownership
“With Flowgear, we built enterprise grade integrations in weeks, not months, and our team now manages them independently.” said Toman, CTO.
Building a unified digital backbone

After Salesforce and Aggresso, Bidvest Noonan is integrating Dayforce (CoreHR), Timegate (Scheduling), Eploy (ATS) and Kallidus (Learning). With the first sprint nearing completion and delivery on schedule, the same Flowgear-powered integration layer is scaling across the organisation’s digital estate.

Looking Ahead

Next: automate invoicing with, event driven updates.

Following the success of the Salesforce–Aggresso project, Bidvest Noonan plans to integrate additional systems over the coming months, including HR, e-learning, rostering, and recruitment platforms. At the time of writing, they are nearing the end of their first sprint, and delivery is on schedule for the large-scale integration of:

  • Dayforce (CoreHR)
  • Timegate (Scheduling)
  • Eploy (ATS)
  • Kallidus (Learning)
With Flowgear’s MCP Server, workflow development and automation can move faster, giving Bidvest Noonan a scalable, unified integration layer across its digital estate.
