Keenondots is a Dutch cloud automation platform provider with a reputation for strong customer service. Delivering that required Odin Service Automation and Autotask to work as a single, coherent system.

The challenge

Odin and Autotask needed to act as one, and Microsoft Flow could not do it

Resellers expected a unified experience: sell a service, provision it, and see the invoice, all without manual reconciliation between systems. That meant customer data, license records, and billing details had to stay synchronized between Odin Service Automation and Autotask. The team evaluated Microsoft Flow but found it could not handle the complexity the integration required.

The solution

Flowgear and professional services, delivered iteratively

Keenondots selected Flowgear and engaged its professional services team to assist with planning and delivery. The project ran from November 2016, went live across April and May 2017, and used a weekly cadence with Flowgear to keep progress visible. Around 50 integration workflows now synchronize customer data from Autotask into Odin, and push license information from Odin back into Autotask, so reseller accounting stays current.

The team also used Flowgear to consolidate APIs from different systems, reducing the complexity that internal teams and partners had to manage. Flowgear's subscription model made it straightforward to budget for both delivery and ongoing operations.

Resellers receive a consistent process for licensing and billing, with back-office records that match what was provisioned. API consolidation has reduced internal complexity, and the subscription pricing model gave the business predictable costs for ongoing integration work.
