Global Micro Solutions is a South African cloud service provider serving more than 4,500 customers, with infrastructure scaled to support 300,000 users. Its portfolio spans email management through to complex hybrid cloud solutions. Delivering multiple best-of-breed cloud services to one accountable bill requires usage and account data from many systems to flow reliably into two core business applications: ConnectWise for professional services automation and Sage Evolution for financial management.
Many cloud services, one bill, and no integration to bridge them
Global Micro delivers cloud services that are not natively integrated with one another. Customers expect a single accountable provider and a single accurate invoice. Without a reliable mechanism to pull usage data from each cloud system into ConnectWise and Sage Evolution, accurate and timely billing became a manual and fragile process.

500+ workflows orchestrating cloud data into PSA and finance
Global Micro selected Flowgear because of its track record with service providers and its professional services team. Today, the company runs more than 500 integration workflows on Flowgear, running almost continuously. These workflows pull data from multiple cloud systems, consolidate it, and route it into ConnectWise and Sage Evolution so that usage, billing, and financial records stay aligned.
Beyond the standard workflow library, the professional services team gave Global Micro access to expertise in ERP, accounting, and specialist cloud and telco applications, allowing the team to build integrations that would be difficult to source elsewhere and that give the business a competitive edge.
