Customer Story
Bidvest Noonan

How Bidvest Noonan took ownership of enterprise integration, and delivered in weeks, not months.

Bidvest Noonan is a leading facilities management and outsourcing services company with operations across the UK and Ireland. The company manages over 27,000 employees across cleaning, security, and technical services, supporting clients in healthcare, education, and corporate environments. With multiple new systems scheduled for rollout, the internal IT team needed an integration approach it could own and extend without relying on external consultants for every change.

The outcomeSalesforce and Aggresso integrated in four weeks, the internal team now owns and manages enterprise integrations themselves.
The challenge

Integration projects that ran for months and left the team with little control

Traditional integration projects at Bidvest Noonan were slow and expensive, relying heavily on external consultants and often taking many months to reach production. With a range of new systems planned for rollout, from Salesforce to the Aggresso ERP, the internal IT team wanted a solution they could own and manage themselves, without lengthy timelines or unpredictable usage costs.

The solution

Bidirectional Salesforce-to-Aggresso integration, built and owned in-house

Bidvest Noonan selected Flowgear for its first major project: connecting Salesforce and Aggresso. Working with Flowgear, the team delivered bidirectional data synchronization between the two systems, validation and control rules to protect data quality, and a configuration the internal team could understand and manage after go-live.

From initial design to production release, the Salesforce-to-Aggresso integration was completed in about four weeks, substantially faster than previous enterprise integration projects.

The result

Four weeks to production, and a team that runs it themselves

The project demonstrated that critical enterprise integrations could be delivered rapidly while keeping ownership inside the organization. Internal teams now manage most integrations directly, data accuracy improved across sales and finance, and there are no unpredictable usage charges or transaction limits.

  • Salesforce-to-Aggresso integration delivered in four weeks
  • Bidirectional data synchronization with built-in validation and control rules
  • Internal team manages integrations independently, no ongoing consultant dependency
  • No unpredictable usage charges or transaction limits
  • Same Flowgear-powered layer now scaling to HR, scheduling, ATS, and e-learning systems

With Flowgear, we built enterprise grade integrations in weeks, not months, and our team now manages them independently.
