Recent platform updates

This month we continued to round out platform and console features with a big focus on improving Workflows designed by agents, making them use fewer steps and easier to understand, as well as a large number of bug fixes.

Some other key changes include:

• Improved agent chat UX inside the console.
• Extended tools that form part of MCP Server for building apps or Workflows outside of Flowgear.
• Enhancements to Workflow debugging so more information surfaces before running a Workflow.
• New Nodes for operations like removing duplicate data and merging data, as well as updates to more than 40 connectors.

August connector highlights

This month's connectors are all about keeping work moving from the first customer interaction through to the final payment.

With Agency, Close CRM, and AvidPay, Flowgear connects the systems that marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams rely on every day.
