Agency
Connect Agency to the systems that support customer, sales, operational, reporting, and workflow processes through the supported Agency External API operations. Flowgear uses the Agency Node's embedded OpenAPI catalog to expose supported Query, Create, Replace, Update, and Delete methods, so workflows can read paged API data, create or update records, perform supported actions, and remove records where the Agency API allows it. Flowgear manages the API-key connection, request timeout, path and query options, JSON request bodies, nested array payloads, and normalized response rows so Agency integrations are easier to build, observe, and maintain.
Overview
The Flowgear Agency connector links workflows to supported Agency External API operations by using the embedded OpenAPI catalog in the Agency Node. The Connection stores the Agency API base URL, X-Api-Key, and request timeout used for validation and runtime calls.
Use Agency with Flowgear when teams need Agency API data to move between CRM, sales, reporting, finance, operational, or custom systems. The node handles paging for supported list responses, emits one row per returned item, unwraps supported Agency data payloads, keeps nested JSON arrays intact for mutation requests, omits optional empty formatted fields when required, and returns normalized response and paging data for downstream workflow steps.
