Connect SAP S/4HANA to the systems that support finance, procurement, sales, supply chain, and operational workflows through SAP S/4HANA OData APIs. Flowgear uses the SAP S/4HANA Node to work with business objects such as business partners, sales orders, and materials, exposing separate Query, Create, Update, and Delete methods for selected SAP services and operation templates. Flowgear stores the SAP host, HTTPS port, basic authentication details, timeout, and query behavior in the Connection, requests CSRF tokens automatically for write operations, and streams response items back into the workflow.
Overview
SAP S/4HANA is an enterprise resource planning platform used to manage finance, procurement, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, and core operations. The Flowgear connector works through activated SAP Gateway OData services such as API_BUSINESS_PARTNER or API_SALES_ORDER_SRV, using the selected Service and OperationId to call the target SAP operation.
Use SAP S/4HANA with Flowgear when SAP business objects need to move between S/4HANA and CRM, ecommerce, finance, reporting, procurement, or operational systems. Teams should confirm the target OData services are active, that HTTPS access to the Gateway host and port is available, and that the SAP user has the required permissions for the selected query, create, update, or delete operation.
