SAP SuccessFactors
Connect SAP SuccessFactors to the systems that support HR, payroll, identity, finance, reporting, and employee lifecycle workflows through the SuccessFactors Compound API. Flowgear uses the Success Factors Compound API Node to transact against the selected SOAP service endpoint, send the XML request payload, apply optional custom HTTP headers, and return the XML response and output parameters for downstream workflow steps. Authentication, including login and logout, is handled internally by the node so workflows can focus on the SuccessFactors action and payload.
Overview
SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud HR platform used to manage employee, workforce, talent, and HR process data. The Flowgear Success Factors Compound API connector stores the SuccessFactors SOAP base URL, company ID, username, and password in a Connection profile, then uses the selected Action to determine which SOAP endpoint the node transacts against.
Use SAP SuccessFactors with Flowgear when employee or HR data needs to move between SuccessFactors and payroll, finance, identity, reporting, benefits, onboarding, or custom systems. The connector sends XML request payloads to the SAP SuccessFactors Compound API, supports custom request headers where needed, and returns the received response XML plus output values exposed by the provider response.
