Last month we let you know about our New Console. We're excited to be putting the finishing touches to it and will be cutting it over to https://app.flowgear.net on Monday 4 August 2025 at 4am ET (10am SAST, 8am UTC).

You don't need to do anything and there will be no interruption to service. If you're already working in Flowgear, just reload the page.

Smarter PDF automation with AI

In a perfect world, every business would exchange data with customers, suppliers, and partners through APIs. But in reality, things are messier. Documents still show up as PDFs, and someone often ends up retyping that data into an ERP or another system.

While PDF parsing isn't new, traditional solutions come with a catch: they require a lot of upfront setup. Fields need to be manually labelled and mapped, which adds cost and only makes sense if you're processing hundreds or thousands of the same document every month.

That's changing with AI and we're excited to introduce a new kind of parser that doesn't require time consuming setup and also automatically validates parsed content for accuracy.
